"So you want to get in shape, lets make fitness fun for everyone"

Are you overweight, Out of shape, need to do on a diet. Join the club, the same club millions of people are a part of each day. Anyone can join.

You made the big decision, you’ve been procrastinating about it for weeks, months even years. Now is the time to take action.

Getting into shape is not only good for your heart, it makes you look and feel better. You can spend more quality time with your family and friends and maybe teach them a thing or two.

Getting started is 90% of the battle. Once you start you will find it hard to quite. Daily routines will become easier and you can go more places do more things and have fun doing them.

Don’t start and get all frustrated and disappointed if you work out all week and end up not loosing any weight. You need to realize that even though you may not have lost the weight, you are still getting into shape.

Eat right, exercise and enjoy life. You only have this one life to live you know, make it right for you.

Focus on the big picture, not just one goal of loosing weight or building muscle. Focus on your life and how it will look and how much better life will be for you once you start to work out.

If you focus only on loosing weight, it will bring you down on the weeks that you falter and don’t loose the weight you expect.

Once your training or fitness program starts you will start to look better, feel better, you will have more energy, you will be stronger, laugh more, smile more, radiate more and the whole world around you will change for the better. Go for it.

Now for the other side of the picture. The not so pretty side. Believe when I say there is small price to pay for all of this feel good, look good that happens to a person but also believe me when I say it is totally worth it.

For the most extreme and energetic the price is a lot of time, sweat, pain, tears and maybe even a little blood working out, running, jumping lifting and pushing.

For the more leisurely but still energetic there is still the time and sweat involved, but hopefully no blood or tears. What you need to focus on throughout this process is the big picture. What do you want and where do you want to go.
